Due to the  implementation of "whitelist" protocol, messages sent from outside Winlink MUST use "//WL2K" at the start of the subject line.

With the new precedence being introduced as an option in the Subject line, it is important to have the R, P, O and Z in the correct position for it to work.

For example:

//WL2K R/(subject) .......... will pass successfully into the WL2K system as a Routine msg

//WL2K /R (subject) .......... is incorrect and will not work

//WL2K P/ (subject) .......... will pass successfully into the WL2K system as a Priority msg

//WL2K O/ (subject) .......... will pass successfully into the WL2K system as a Immediate msg

for agency use only

//WL2K Z/ (subject) .......... will pass successfully into the WL2K system as a Flash msg

highest level of urgency, for agency use only
